CELLUVÉA
Terms & Conditions of Service
Last updated: 23-08-2026 • Version 1.0
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of aesthetic and skincare treatments by Celluvéa. Please read them carefully. By booking an appointment, paying a deposit, or attending a consultation or treatment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us
In these Terms, “Celluvéa”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to [FULL LEGAL / TRADING NAME], trading as Celluvéa, a clinic based at 141 Broadway, Bexleyheath DA6 7EZ.
“You”, “your” and “client” refer to the person booking or receiving treatments. “Treatment” means any service, procedure, or product provided by us.
You can contact us at: info@celluvea.com • +44 7343 041356 • celluvea.com.
2. Bookings & Appointments
Appointments may be booked online via our booking system, by phone, or in person. A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us and, where applicable, your deposit has been received.
You must arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive ten (10) minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment to avoid affecting other clients, and the full fee may still apply.
3. Consultations, Suitability & Patch Tests
Certain treatments require a prior consultation, medical questionnaire, and/or patch test. You agree to provide full, accurate, and honest information about your medical history, medications, allergies, and prior treatments.
We reserve the right to decline or postpone any treatment where, in our professional judgement, it is not suitable, safe, or in your best interests. This is for your protection and does not entitle you to compensation beyond a refund of any advance payment for the declined treatment.
Where a patch test is advised (for example before certain peels or skin treatments), it must be completed within the recommended timeframe before treatment. Proceeding without a recommended patch test is at your own risk.
4. Age Restrictions
All clients must be aged 18 or over. We do not provide aesthetic treatments to anyone under 18. In particular, and in line with the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021, we will not administer botulinum toxin or dermal filler treatments to under-18s under any circumstances.
We may request valid photographic ID to confirm your age. If we cannot verify that you are 18 or over, we will decline treatment.
5. Consent
You will be asked to provide written informed consent before treatment. Consent confirms that the treatment, its expected outcomes, risks, side effects, alternatives, and aftercare have been explained to you and that you have had the opportunity to ask questions.
You may withdraw consent at any time before or during a treatment. Fees for services already performed remain payable.
6. Fees, Deposits & Payment
All fees are as quoted at the time of booking or consultation and are payable in [GBP]. Prices may change from time to time; the price applicable is the one confirmed to you at booking.
A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost. Deposits are non-refundable where an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or in the event of a no-show (see Section 7).
Full payment is due on the day of treatment, if not collected at the time of booking. We accept payment methods as listed on the booking form. Card transactions may be subject to standard processing.
7. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client.
● Cancellations with at least 72 hours’ notice: deposit refunded or transferred to a new booking.
● Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: deposit may be retained.
● No-shows (failing to attend without notice): the deposit is retained and a £30 charge may apply to future bookings.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment (for example due to illness, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control). In such cases we will offer you the earliest alternative appointment or a full refund of any advance payment.
8. Results & Expectations
Aesthetic and skincare treatments produce results that vary from person to person and depend on individual factors including skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and biological response. While we use professional products and techniques and will always act with reasonable skill and care, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific result, and no such guarantee should be inferred from any marketing, consultation, or discussion.
A course of treatments may be recommended to achieve optimal results. Undertaking only part of a recommended course may affect outcomes.
9. Aftercare
You are responsible for following all aftercare advice provided. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect your results and increase the risk of complications, for which we cannot be held responsible.
You must notify us promptly of any adverse reaction, unexpected side effect, or concern following treatment so that we can advise you appropriately.
10. Refunds & Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires that services are provided with reasonable care and skill and within a reasonable time.
Because treatment outcomes vary between individuals, we do not offer refunds simply because a result did not meet your personal expectations, provided the treatment was carried out with reasonable care and skill. Where a service falls short of the standard required by law, you may be entitled to a repeat performance or an appropriate price reduction in line with your statutory rights.
Prepaid courses and packages are non-transferable to another person and non-refundable once commenced, save for any statutory right or where required by law. Unused, uncommenced courses may be refundable at our discretion less any administrative or product costs already incurred.
11. Gift Vouchers, Courses & Packages
Gift vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date of issue, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be used against deposits unless stated. Courses and packages must be used within six (6) months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
12. Liability
We maintain appropriate professional treatment and public liability insurance.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. This is an important protection for you that we cannot and do not seek to remove.
Subject to the paragraph above, we are not liable for: (a) results that fall within the normal range of variation for a treatment; (b) any adverse effect arising from your failure to disclose relevant medical information or to follow aftercare advice; or (c) any indirect, consequential, or economic loss.
Subject to the first paragraph of this Section, our total liability to you in connection with any treatment shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that treatment, save where a higher amount is required by law.
13. Photography, Records & Marketing
Clinical “before and after” photographs may be taken as part of your treatment record. These form part of your medical record and are retained accordingly.
We will only use your images for marketing or promotional purposes (including social media) with your separate, explicit, written consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Withholding or withdrawing marketing consent will never affect the treatment or care you receive.
14. Data Protection
We process your personal data, including special-category health data, in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details of how we collect, use, store, and protect your data, and of your rights, are set out in our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
15. Complaints
We take all concerns seriously. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or experience, please contact us at [EMAIL / PHONE] as soon as possible so we can seek to resolve the matter. We aim to acknowledge complaints within [NUMBER] working days and to respond fully within [NUMBER] working days.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on our website or provided to you at the time of booking. Material changes will be brought to your attention where reasonably practicable.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
